I placed a call to the office on 7/18 at 2:20 pm requesting a z-pack as I was experiencing nasal congestion and cough. I explained that I'd taken a covid test with a negative outcome. I was told that I had to come in as I'd not previously been prescribed a z-pack. I asked if a tele visit could be arranged and again was told I needed to physically come in as a z-pack had not previously been prescribed for me. I asked if there were any openings on 7/19 and the response was that there were two cancellations and I could come in at 8:20a to see Dr. Edrich or 9:30 to see Braver. I selected the 8:20a slot. I arrived on 7/19 at 8:15 signed in and proceeded to wait. Shortly after I was called to the front desk and the manager stated that my appointment was yesterday. I explained that my call occurred after 2pm, therefore I could not have a 8:20a appt. after the fact . The manager was adamant that my appt. was the day before prior to doing any due diligence to see that my call into the office was after that time. Finally acknowledged that there was an error, I was told that Dr. Edrich was not even in the office on Fridays at that location, as if I should have known that fact.
